GUIDELINES & INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS
The following list will help you plan your stay and get the most out of Serenity Motel:
All rates are double occupancy
Weekends may require a two night minimum
(If a two-night minimum is required, there will be an additional charge for a one-night stay)Additional adults are $10 each per night
Children under 18 years old stay free
Check in is at 4:00 PM, check out is at 10:00 AM
Request for early check in is $25.00
Deposit for one night stay is required to book your room
Deposit and confirmation is required before reservations are accepted and confirmed
We are pet friendly
Dogs must be leashed on premises
Dogs must be crated when left in cottages unattended
All rooms are smoke free. There will be a $200.00 cleaning and fumigation charge for smoking in the room.
Cooking is not permitted in the room. No crockpots, electric skillets, hot plates, or toaster ovens.
No open flames in the rooms (candles, incense etc…)
72 hour notice is required for cancellation of reservations
Every guest is requested to observe and comply with the rules of this establishment
We reserve the right and you will be charged for any damage or loss of the facilities or equipment inside or outside of the Motel caused by you, your guests or your pet
